Hi, I’m Phedra Bouvier. By day, I have a corporate career I truly love. By evening, I’m a mom who knows how easy it is to fall into the trap of trying to do everything and end up enjoying nothing.

That’s why I wrote The Outsourced Mom: Do Less, Live More, Love Better, a short, guilt-free guide for every mom who’s ready to delegate, let go, and make room for what truly matters: rest, joy, and the people she loves.

I also wrote I Still Believe in Santa! On Wonder, Belief, and Choosing a Good Life. It’s a deeply personal look at what it means to keep a childlike sense of wonder alive well into adulthood. I don’t see that as naivety. I see it as one of the wisest, most active choices a person can make.
